Responsibilities :

Diagnostics and repairing any faults found.

Dealing with all problems whether Software or Hardware.

Check all device problems.

Make analysis of all problems and send it to the quality team.

Fix the device in a short time with high quality.

Register all fixing process on the system.

Making fully test to the devices after fixing.

Report to the manager.
