:Responsibilities 🔰
Implement training and development plans to company employees -
Worked in start up companies before -
Designing and updating job descriptions -
Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard -
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs -
Preparing and presenting social insurance requirements. -
Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
- Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegation -
Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions -
:Requirements
- Experience: 2 - 5 years as an HR Specialist -
- age : 23 to 30 years old -
Graduated only -
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role . -
Sound judgement -
University Degree -
(Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral -
